Installation - Installer
will confirm schedule with Customer day prior to arrival to ensure
that Customer is available for the installation and all components
and peripherlas are on-site. Customer is responsible for ensuring
they have purchased the service through the provider (Vonage, AT&T,
etc.), and that they have all equipment on location. Installer will
setup hardware with existing broadband connection and ensure that
Customer can make and receive phone calls using new service. Installer
will obtain Customer sign-off on the completed work order once the
orientation is completed.
